Thomas A. Oyebisi, MSc, FCA, ACS, CPA
The Chief Executive Officer
Thomas Abiodun Oyebisi graduated with honors in Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan Nigeria. He obtained a master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from DeVry University, USA. An Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a chartered Stock Broker. Thomas Oyebisi has more than two decades of experience as an Auditor, Financial Consultant, An investment adviser, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Banker.
He started his Professional career with the accounting firm of Olu Adasonla & Co Chartered Accountants in 1994. He was involved in statutory audit, Investigations, Forensic audits, tax planning & Corporate and individual tax preparations. He led a team of auditors that worked as Tax Audit Monitoring Agents (TAMA) for Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS). He was a team leader for other attest engagements for different clients and was involved in joint audits of some specialized companies.
He later joined banking industry in 1999 and worked for some quoted banks on the floor of the Nigeria stock exchange which includes Ecobank, Commercial Bank Credit Lyonnais, African Express Bank, Midas Bank & Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank Plc). He is the senior partner in the accounting firm of Excelle Financial Services. He has successfully managed the firm from inception in October 2015 till date, dealing with clients from diverse background and needs.

Senior Executive | Accounting and Audit
Mary James is a passionate professional with expertise in accounting, financial audit, and cybersecurity. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Cybersecurity at the University of the Cumberlands, Kentucky. Mary earned her Master of Science in Information Technology and Management with distinction from the University of Dallas, Texas, in 2017, following her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Lagos State University, Nigeria, in 2010.
Her career journey began as an Internal Auditor in the hospitality industry with Sweet Sensation Confectionery. Through dedication and outstanding performance, she was promoted to Assistant Manager, a testament to her leadership and commitment. Mary later joined Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc., one of the leading FMCG companies in the country, where she advanced to Accounting Manager, leading a team of 20.
Driven by a desire for growth, Mary moved to the United States to further her education and professional experience. While pursuing her graduate studies, she worked as a Financial Analyst and Specialist at Real Time Resolutions, Inc., and interned at the University of Dallas, gaining hands-on experience in financial and operational processes.
With over a decade of experience, Mary specializes in financial reporting (P&L, balance sheets, budgets, and cash flow analysis), accounts reconciliation, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance. Since joining Excelle Financial Services in 2017, she has been instrumental in streamlining processes, enhancing accounting systems, and managing payroll, bookkeeping, and tax engagements for individuals and corporations.
Mary combines a deep understanding of financial principles with expertise in financial auditing to help organizations strengthen their systems and achieve compliance. Her career reflects a commitment to excellence, a passion for learning, and a drive to make a meaningful impact in the financial auditing space.
